​Baskets for Children

This project is for the community by the community! Easter baskets are put together using donated items and funds from our community and given to area kids in need. In 2019 1,209 Easter baskets were given to recipient organizations, including shelters and outreach programs.



Easter Egg Hunt

A free community Easter egg hunt is held the Sunday before Easter. In 2019, we held our first annual Easter egg hunt for over 100 children and their families!

 

Volunteer/Community Engagement
Our impact is more than the children and families benefiting from our project. We involve the community in volunteering and learning about the needs of our community. Area schools and groups are invited to collect donations for the project and we welcome the community to volunteer for our events!

 

The volunteer events we host include: Our Egg-filling Eggstravaganza (where over 10k plastic eggs are filled with candy!), our Community Easter Egg Hunt, and our Easter Basket Assembly Event.
